Today I had nothing until 12:30, when I had soup and two slices of bread buttered, diet coke. Dinner was skinny chips, veggie burger, bap, small salad and cheese. Going to have a glass of wine now x

Today at 12 I had two sandwiches lol, they consisted of a bun, red pepper spread, roasted red pepper and zucchini, with a slice of Swiss cheese. Then for dinner at 7:30 I had rice, veggies and cream cheese!
I'm going to start drinking very little diluted coffee. I hope that does the same thing as regular coffee

Just had a bowl of pilau rice. Brioche. Few sips of diet coke. little slice of chocolate cake and coffee.
Last nights dinner was veggie quiche and salad. Wine.
Yesterdays lunch was cheese on toast.
Dinner tonight is mushroom tagliatelle because its one of my favs. With wine. And more than likely followed by chocolate.

I found dropping breakfast dead easy but the no snacking is hard, am getting better though after a few weeks! Finding meal planning helps to avoid snacking. Today I had a cinnamon swirl and coffee for my first meal which was at 10 then at 1 I had rice with curry and peppers. Dinner will be macaroni cheese and dough balls xx

Brand sparkly (pink) new diet thread for GIRL sways!
You are all doing really great. It is impressive how some of you can do only two meals a day. I am starving around 10 am so that is when I have my first meal. My 3. and last meal of the day is around 18. I
I'm really struggling with staying below 60 gram of protein and reach my 2000 kcals-goal.

Lunch today was 2 corn cakes with low sugar jam, a pear and 3 chocy biscuits. Dinner will be cheese ravioli with a side of asparagus and probably a jam tart.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
