I have a quick question with one attempt at positive ovulation test! Do we do shallow missionary for the "finish" and do I need to the jump up and dump or is it ok to lay down for a bit?! Anything else special I should be doing that day haha?! Thanks!

I have not seen anythign that indicates to me that shallow even works at all and it's really cut odds of conception for several people. (Ive had quite a few people who were not getting pregnant even after I had totally tweaked their sways in every way - come to find out that they were still doing shallow, dropped that, and got pg right away)

J and D may help a little bit, it's seemed to in our numbers. But you don't ahve to do it right away, most are giving it about 5 min. before getting up. YOu can gradually extend this over time and BFN to longer and longer. I got my daughter (after 6 months of BFN) laying flat all night after BD so I know it's possible to get a girl even without J and D!
