Couch potatoe or start now?
So I've now been on the diet for roughly a month but not strict. The next month I am going to be really strict and plan my first attempt for June. So my question is I don't really do any exercising, a long walk once a week probably, but with my boy a couple of years ago I was exercising a lot more.
So in the next month should I begin to 6x a week or go couch potatoe?? Being as there's only 4 weeks if June works!

i did couch potato and got a boy, did extreme cardio and got a girl. Im sure there were other factors at play but I think the exercise is HUGE for a girl.

I've always been active and exercised regularly; I was doing so before I got pregnant with all 3 of my boys! Not to the extreme of 60mins 5+ days per week though so I was definitely in the blue territory of swaying exercise wise! It's tough going squeezing it in some days, but if you can, definitely go for the 60mins 5 days or more per week!!!x

Swaying Advice Coach
The cardio has been so hugely successful and consistent I recommend it whenever it's possible. I'd have you go for it.
