Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch - mini pizza with rocket on top
Snack - G&T
Dinner - low calorie homemade mushroom risotto and too much garlic bread and wine
Totals - over!2009 2011 2013 (failed sway)

Lunch - Pub lunch with DH and the boys :-) cheddar and red onion marmalade baguette with chips and Ketchup, plus an awesome gin and tonic
Snack - another G&T

Lunch - new potatoes, spring onions, tomatoes, beetroot, rocket, kale and mozzarella salad.
Dinner - potato, kale and broccoli gratin

I'm still back on track- I just have to watch posting frequently- it makes me a bit obsessive/compulsive.
Breakfast- decaf coffee
Lunch- potato with cheese, veggie crumbles and broccoli. Banana and two pieces of red licorice.
Dinner- veggie burger on a slider bun with cheese and green beans. An apple and a pastry.
1600 cals 42g pro 52g fat
DS1, DS2 , & DS3

Lunch thai mango salad with peanuts and Thai vinaigrette
Bagel with light cc
3 mini Halloween chocolates
Dinner is homemade vegetarian pumpkin chillie with a dollop of light sour cream and sprinkled with light shredded cheddar cheese

It was defo low, I don't even think I got to 600 cals .....yep chronometer says
530 calories
85.5grams carbs
13.2 grams fat
18.9 grams protein
Massive cheat day tomorrow too, as am going to a restaurant opening, and a children's birthday party just before.
I can never resist birthday cake
