6 month on Lew diet with cheats along the way! I'm pregnant!!
The day has finally come 😀 And to be honest I did relax about my diet and didn't excercise everyday and sometimes had breakfast and some naughty cheat days.I have now got a positive pregnancy test and I think it works out to be 9dpo.How long after would I stick to Lew diet?

Oh Jensy how exciting!!! That is how everyone does it - the longer on diet, the more relaxed ya get, and that is FINE!! (trust me, it's the gals who live on twigs and berries for 6 months that have boys anyway because they have to be so maniacally committed to swaying every minute of every day it sways blue for them a heck of a lot more than a few cheats now and then)
You can come off the diet NOW!! I would go gradual with protein and sodium if you were limiting that so don't eat a whole ham right away LOL but yes you can drop everything now and eat as you like.

Congrats!
A little trick I learned the 3rd pregnancy to avoid morning sickness: focus on LOTS of protein (meat, fish, eggs, cheese, nuts, beans) and healthy fats (butter, coconut oil, olive oil, nuts, avocado, yogurt, full fat dairy and cheese) and lower carbs (basically opposite of LE diet) And then add in a magnesium supplement like Natural Calm twice per day. I had horrible morning sickness with babies 1 and 2 but I did the above with baby #3 from the moment I got a BFP and I had NO morning sickness at all!

Thank you everyone!!! So excited.Great tip Carmella. Its funny you say this because I'm studying to be a naturopath and the higher protein i have heard works wonders! I got very sick with my son so I will 100% be doing the lower carb, higher fat and protein,I was planning on doing this to see if it worked.I now don't drink milk and eat lower carb bread and fairly low carb since Lew diet.It has changed my eating habits for the better
I'm just so excited I can have my coconut oils again and meat!!! I did have some coconut oil to the lead up actually and vitamin C(250mg-500mg) I think this really helped me fall.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
