Exercise frequency question
I know this probably isn't something there is exact data on, but for the last few weeks I have fallen a bit on the exercise. I've only been doing the full 60 minutes 3 or 4 times a week.
If I kick it back up to 5 or 6 now, am I likely still in good shape for my September attempt?

It's really hard to know! If it was me, I'd either commit to 6-7 days a week now and get a few solid weeks of exercise in before the attempt, or otherwise drop the exercise altogether as I think 3 times a week would sway blue.

We've had success with as little as 4 and between now and Sept. there is still time to regroup.

Dropping it now also makes me nervous though because I feel like its not enough time to lose muscle mass from lack of exercise, and yet at the same time, yoru body may perceive that as an improved condition, meaning you don't have to work as hard as you were for a while. I want anyone in this situation who's kept doing some exercise, to just pick it back up and NOT drop it. ONLY drop it if you have more than 6 weeks to go.

What is your suggestion on starting cardio when you have been doing couch potato for a while? I have been TTC for many many month and on the LE for 11 weeks. I don't want to think that I am not going to get my BFP this month, but if I don't I think I will feel better mentally if I add in exercise moving forward. I have my attempt this cycle in about 8-12 days. At what point will it be okay to start adding in cardio?

You can start whenever! My advice is to start with what you can easily manage. Walking is fine. I started by walking and now I power walk while wearing my DS3 who is 23lbs!!
GL to you!

Adding in cardio, this has to work differently because the results are so good with it. Originally we did not KNOW that the results would be so good and so I was much warier about people starting it with anything less than 6 weeks, but it's such a good sway tactic that I think the benefits have to outweigh any risk (which was never even proven and just something I imagined could be a risk)

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
