Most important thing for sway success...
I just wanted to double check, is following the le diet generally considered the most important factor in the sway? I've been reading lots & trying to piece it together & just want to make sure I'm not missing anything
Do people generally not bother with supps now? I doubt I'll have time to do any exercise with work & 2 young boys to look after, is this ok?
Sorry to fire questions I just wanted to check I'd understood everything & got the most upto date advice.
Thank you!

Yep LE diet is the most important factor, if you stay with the daily limits and minimise snacking plus introduce coffee and alcohol into your diet (if possible) then that should have you in good stead. Exercise isn't a must have but it has been getting good results. I've bought an exercise bike and I try and do an hour most nights once the kids are in bed while I watch my fave tv shows. I go for a run on the weekend when hubby is home to watch the kiddies. But if you definitely can't commit to a minimum of 5 times a week then yes your better off not doing anything. Re: supps, ladies are still taking folic acid. You can also take fibre capsules with your meal to help stop you from absorbing fat and nutrients. That's about it!

Thanks so much there's no way I can exercise 5 times a week by the time I get in from work & get tea, kids sorted etc. Yep I'm doing coffee & alcohol too (not finding those too difficult to stick to!) & doing well with le diet I think!
We're not having an attempt until Nov but I just wanted to make sure I'm on track. Fingers crossed it's all heading in the right direction!

Sounds like you are doing great! November will be here before you know it, I cannot believe how fast the year has gone by. I feel like I was only just recovering from a crazy busy Christmas a few months ago, now we are gearing up to do it all over again 😂

Oh I forgot to mention, in conjunction with the LE diet, the recommended advice is to DTD just once at your first positive OPK. Thought I'd mention that!

LE Diet 12 weeks or more plus fiber, coffee, alcohol; exercise if you can, and sticking with one attempt or every 4 days' method hve been most effective. All the other stuff is mostly just preventing conception and not really doing a whole lot.

I think diet has the "most" impact but it's never just one thing. Diet, exercise, alcohol and one attempt. Supplements are mostly vitamins and that sways boy.
If you can exercise I think that is a very important thing to add to diet. I bought a treadmill of craigslist for $75 and put it in the garage to exercise in the night or early morning when kids are asleep. I also got a step aerobics DVD and did that.
I also think there is an "attitude" that girl moms had. It's laid back, it goes with the flow, it doesn't get stressed about things, it isn't OCD, not getting in fights on social media, etc. I don't know how to explain it but it's where I was when i got my girl.

It's so hard to put into words, isn't it Carmella?? But yes, the closest thing I can come up with is "not being a control freak".
