I was wandering how you were getting on complex. I always loved reading your posts, because for the most part you write about the things that go through my head, I just don't articulate them very well.
I don't have much advice for you, I am sorry. I feel like I am in the same position as you. I really struggle to put weight on and I don't even exercise like you do. I also have hyperthyroidism, although I got that under control through meds, and so far for about 2 years now, it's been good. I am also at my lowest adult weight, I must say, I think the constant snacking I used to do is where I managed to put on the weight, but now with no snacking, it's a struggle because I can't eat a lot of food in one meal and I have noticed that if I do go over my limits on protein I feel sick and queezy.
I have switched to the AFD diet of Atomics, so hopefully over time I will see a difference. I also, always feel cold, everyone keeps telling me it's because I have not fat on me to keep me warm!
If I am not pregnant by Dec I might start seeing an OB to check if there are any underlying issues inside.
Good luck xx

Hi Complex, your BMI seems very low for fertility standards. I would definitely do what you gain a few pounds, maybe reducing exercise a bit and increase calories, but empty calories. Can you get Clomid? Very heavy girl sway drug plus often prescribed specifically for woman with short LPs as it can lengthen LP. Good luck.

It's hard to be certain what is causing your short LP, but the progesterone cream can help lengthen it. It's available in health food type stores and does not sway blue.

Don't let clomid scare you Complex. If you do only 50mg it shouldn't over stimulate you and is very safe even unmonitored (at that mg).
XX so happy your LP was better this month. I am rooting that you won't actually know how long your LP is though because you will get your BFP.

I think it is working better, not feeling so anxious. I am having some chicken more than once a week now, eggs, rye bread. Trying to stick to a Chinese style of eating, rice, with some chicken and stir fried veg. I also have patotoes, I am just eating what I want, but within limits. Still all girl foods though.
I think maybe your exercise is too much and so u won't gain weight, especially if you already have a fast metabolism. I have always been small and petit.
Good luck complex.

You say you're exercising for over an hour 6-7 days per week. Could you drop down to 5 days per week and make sure to do exactly 60 minutes and no more? Maybe dial back the intensity too. That might help you stabilise your weight.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
