    Question re Vitex..

    We are planning to ttc in December or January and I plan on taking vitex as part of my sway, can I take it solidly until the on we plan to try? Thanks.

    You can, but the unfortunate thing I have seen when this is done, is that people's ovulation stops or gets really delayed. So if you have any kind of a time frame for conceiving, you may come off the vitex and then nothing happens - you wait and wait and wait for O to show up and usually by that point any benefits of it are gone anyway.

    So yes, it's something that you can do, has seemed to work for some people, but not without risks.
