No ovulation

Hello, i started Le diet already in January. I wish to conceive in October or December (if God allow...)i eat less, little meat 1xweekly, no dairy, no snaking, late breakfast just small cake with black coffee after 1hour of power walking and 14hours without food. In April i stopped to eat also my lovely ice cream after lunch and nuts and i lost during 2 weeks 2kg from 61kg to 59kg my bmi is now 19.2. Problem is i also lost my ovulation🙁 I am afraid gain the weight again...so it would sway blue i think. I want to keep this weight till October. Atomic pls what do u recommend? I am taking also vitex. Thx u🙋

There is NO reason to start LE Diet in January for an October/December sway. Please come off the diet right away and just go vegetarian until July.

Also, you need to stop vitex for now (and may not want to add it back in) as it has delayed or stopped ovulation.

At BMI of 21 I want everyone to STOP losing weight. So you should not have lost that weight. I think you need to do whatever it takes to stop that weight loss right now, as 18.5 is the absolute lowest anyone should ever go under any circumstances.

You may have to gain a little weight back. This is actually ok. Weight gain/loss has not been a strong predictor of whose sways succeed or not. Right now you need to stop what you're doing and get things working again.

Thx u so much Atomic for reply, i started so early coz i wanted what le diet and supplements will make to my body��I will go vegetarian as u advice and start strictly in July. Thx u again��
