Milk!
Me again! Luckily for girl swaying i LOVE coffee, i use strong coffee pods (the strongest) but warm myself milk in the microwave and have a latte style coffee with 2 sweeteners. Im drinking yellow and red top milk which in the UK is less than 1% Fat. I am having 3-4 cups a day - should i switch to almond milk so im not getting too much calcium or is that OK?
Starting the diet for optimal weight loss (lost 4lb so far), no meat, husband has high blood pressure (which he is medicated for <altho sometimes he forgets his meds>), taking vitex as i did this with my last girl, never ever breakfast, hardly any sleep (thanks to my 2 year olds molars!) so i feel like we are being pink friendly where possible so i dont want to ruin it with milk in my coffee addiction!!

Also! My husband has high testosterone, should we try and lower it or is this not advisable given his high blood pressure?
I dont believe mine to be high as im not competitive and do not have a high sex drive.

Almond milk is also fortified with calcium and other things like Vit. D so it's not the tradeoff one might think. One good thing about almond milk, though, is that it has fully vegetable based fats and additionally I have seen what I feel to be a disproportionate amount of BLUE sway opposites (meaning, those who wanted boys, but got girls) with people drinking a lot of almond milk and little/no dairy.
If you take it into account in your day's diet, it's fine (either almond or skim/lowfat milk). I'd try to err on the side of 3 cups instead of 4. Those who have PCOS or PCO-tendencies will need to use exclusively full fat dairy as skim dairy and almond milk are really aggravating to PCO.
Your husband needs to ONLY take his medication for his blood pressure and nothing else.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Atomic, thank you so much as ever <3
Is a weekly limit OK or does it need to be strictly daily limits? As i have 1-2 cups on thurs, fri, sat and sun when im not at work so if in a week it would balance out.
And thank you for the interesting info on the almond milk!

I just switched from milk to hazelnut creamer. Is that ok for girl sway? I have probably a total of 2-3 Tbs a day.

Foods in and of themselves don't sway. Repeat that till you believe it!
Yes, it is fine in the limits of the day. And probably also has that vegetable fat that the almond milk has.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
