Does the male have to do much to help sway?
Hi guys! I'm new to this AMAZING forum - what a find!!!
I'm all for diet changes, but I'm wondering if hubby has to change much to help sway? We have a DS who is turning 1 next month, so I'm starting to think about TTC and would love a girl. DH just laughs when I tell him these things you can do to sway so he's not gonna be 100% easy to change! He eats a lot of red meat. Otherwise healthy diet, big eater as he works out and works in a physical job. Doesn't drink much alcohol. Eats lots of broccoli, white potatoes, lasagne etc. drinks occasional coffee, and lots of peppermint tea and lemon/honey tea. Should he be doing anything different ???
Many thanks!!

Hi and welcome!
Most of our husbands would do absolutely nothing to sway. Honestly, that's one of the main things I hoped to ever accomplish with this site is swaying for those of us whose husbands won't help!
We get great results without ANY help from DH. But one tactic we do use for hubbies IS peppermint tea so if he's into that already, awesome.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
