    What to do about exercise?

I love to exercise and lift heavy weights, usually followed by a protein shake and I'm always super hungry afterwards for the next few days. What do you other ladies do in regards to this? I realise protein isn't ideal for girl swaying and we want a low calorie diet. Perhaps i need to give up the weights for a while?

Most people do give up the weights, BUT if your body is already used to it (you won't be building a massive amount of new muscle) and you are eating lower protein/lower cal/lower fat and possibly even vegetarian diet and losing at least a little weight, people who are already used to a weight program can continue.

Diet and exercise work in concert together and it's believed that the adding of new muscle sways much harder than just maintaining what is already there.

Thank you for the reply! When you say adding new muscle sways - does that sway blue or pink?

Sways blue. but it's very hard for women to gain muscle anyway and next to impossible on a lower cal, lower fat, lower protein diet. Takes a lot of food to grow muscle.
