1st round of clomid! Cd15 follicle 19mm can anyone help me with ovulation testing

HI Atomic so we dtd Sunday morning then I triggered at 5am uk time Monday morning. When would you next recommend to dtd? The clinic predict I’ll ovulate between 4-8pm Tuesday.

When does fertilisation occur is it as soon as the egg is released? Just working out if sperm will be there waiting?

Fertilzation depends on a lot of different things - can be anywhere from right away to 12-24 hours after ovulation. We jsut can't pin it down any closer than that.

So we did another attempt!!

And we have a BFP!!!!

Fingers crossed for a sticky bean thank you for all your advice Atomic. Boy or girl all that matters is health! We’re just grateful for being able to get pregnant after the worry of possibly only having ivf as our option! Xx

So we had our scan yesterday and we have another boy! Number 4. We’re realky happy he’s healthy and I’m looking forward to newborn cuddles!!
