Pink swayers - How much coffee?
Since everyone’s type and perception of measurement is different, being that brewed coffee and a cup/mugs measure varies, I’m curious to see how much coffee other swayers drank or are drinking exactly.
By my coffee pot measurement I make and drink 3 cups of coffee, but based off an actual liquid measure I drink 2 cups (16oz) of coffee a day. And depending on how big my coffee mug is, it could be called just 1 cup. I’m hoping the amount I drink is considered enough coffee to help sway girl.
For those who got girls, how much coffee did you drink per day to get your girl?
And, for those who are swaying, how much coffee are you drinking per day?

I’m a total novice but I’ve assumed the “cup” measurement referred to 8oz. So 2-3 cups being 16-24oz/day. Hopefully that’s correct!

Ah yes, thank you, I forgot to include the oz measurement when I posted. I drink 16oz by the correct measurement. Sometimes that depends on how big my cup/mug is it might be considered 1 cup lol

If you have PCOS, do the full fat milk if you need dairy in your coffee. No artificial creamers or skim milk. If you don't have PCOS then it's up to you depending on what you like. If you're putting a lot of milk or creamer or sugar in it then it needs to be treated as a meal.

I have my coffee with regular sugar and half & half creamer. Not sure if that is correct or not, but if I recall from things I’ve previously read on here that it’s fine.

I drink 1 mug a day (instant coffee) but very strong so maybe equal to 2 mugs. More than that i cant do because it makes me feel nauseous and insomnia. I drink my coffee with a bit artificial sweeteners and unfortified rice milk or low fat milk. Sometimes i drink a coffee with lots of sugar and creamer with meals.

All you have to do is have more than when you got your boys.
If you were drinking none, have 1 cup. If 1 cup, have 2. If 2, have 3. Most people have no more than 3 cups a day. Personally, I am highly caffeinated LOL and was very exhausted when I was swaying and I often had 4-5 cups (still do! LOL). I don't recommend that for most people, but that's what I had.

The official recommendation is to have either no sugar or artificial sweetener in coffee. BUT I personally cheated on that. For me, no sugar in my morning coffee saps my will to live and since I knew from DS 3 and 4 that sways can fail, I wasn't willing to be that miserable when I was swaying I chose to have regular sugar. It's not what I suggest for you guys, but it is what I did.
