Moon phase
Hi everyone, I know that not everyone believes in moon phases but I conceived both my boys on an exact full moon and seem to be ovulating again on or around a full moon which is making me really Nervous. Does anyone know if they have conceived a girl on or near a full moon?
TIA xx

I would like to know too! I swayed girl but every lunar and biorhythm predictor is saying boy.. makes me feel like there’s no chance of it being a girl!!

Well I don't have a girl but I did conceive DS2 and DS3 around the new moon and DS1 it was in between full and new. I don't believe moon phase influences gender. We haven't found a correlation and there doesn't seem to be any scientific evidence to back it up either. Moon phase won't make or break your sway.

Thank you all so much for taking the time to reply. I am just trying to make everything line up (moon, biorhythm) along with everything else. I know it may all mean nothing but both my boys said definitely not for biorhythm and both conceived on full moon so I do kind of feel for me it must mean something!

Most people DO ovulate around the full moon sometime.

The more you pay attention to all these little details and worry about getting them to match up for your sway, that sways blue way harder by the "control freak" element than anything having to do with the moon. I know I can't talk you guys out of it when you're true believers but reading these kind of posts really make me very nervous.

Thanks atomic, I do feel like I’m becoming so consumed by every little detail. It’s so hard when you want something so bad. Sometimes I just wish I could relax and let whatever will be just be!

Try to keep in mind that the best way to get a daughter is by resisting this "boy mom" tendency to go down every rabbit hole chasing things that cannot possibly matter for your sway. The more things like this you try to juggle and include in your sway, the more "control freaky" you get and it's the people who worry about these things the most who end up getting opposites. Just walk away!

This was very cryptic, sorry According to some research we are more likely to ovulate with the full moon and also to be more fertile IF you do ovulate with the full moon. https://www.drnorthrup.com/wisdom-of-menstrual-cycle/ (I have this doctor's book in which she goes into all this in more detail and has sources to back it up) So, it would then follow that no matter what, a fair % of people will ovulate and conceive with the full moon. Plus, I see this all the time where a week coming in and a week going out of the full moon, well, that's half the month really isn't it?? And even if you class only the days right around the full moon, that's a week, 1 in 4 chance. So even if it was sheer random chance, a lot of people will O kinda sorta with the full moon and think that it's this super important thing for them when it really could easily be sheer coincidence.
It’s been awhile but I keep meaning to come back and say we swayed girl in 2022 and had a little girl in early 2023! First girl born in 110+ years on my husband’s side.[emoji179]
