More calories
Hi pink swayers
Its my third day dieet on the Le diet.
I lost 2,20 pounds on 2 days. I dont have that much weight to lose.
Im looking for foods to bump up the calories.
Any advice?

I found Rice Pudding made with Rice Milk and topped with Sugar and cinnamon or with Chunky Apple Sauce easy for increasing calories.

In the morning i eat a ricecake + coffee. For lunch hummus + crackers/wraps + soup. For dinner rice/pasta/potato with vegetables and one glas wine. Yesterdag i also ate 50 gr marshmallows and 100 gr grapes.

I need to know more about the totals. You cannot be eating much fat at all. ARe you getting 1500-1800 calories, 40-50 g protein, and 30-60 g fat???

Monday: Fat: 71 gram Protein: 40 gram Cals: 1518
Tuesday: Fat: 21 gram Protein: 35 gram Cals: 978
Wednesday : Fat: 43 gram Protein: 28 gram Cals: 1437
Thursday: Fat: 45 gram Protein: 42 gram Cals: 1721
BMI = 19,90.

You need to eat more of everything! Even if you go up to 50-60 g protein and fat that is what people have on the PCOS version of the LE Diet (and we get good results with that)
Eating 20-30 g is NEVER allowed. You need a minimum of 30 g fat and 40 g protein and you can't count the fat and protein in fruits and vegetables in that.
