Luteal phase
What's a normal luteal phase I started my very first cycle on May 9 and now on day 17 and still have not Ovulated I've never ovulated this late before I'm thinking breastfeeding messed up my cycle. Is there a supplement I can take to ovulate sooner?

Luteal phase is the period of time from ovulation to AF arriving. That's 12-14 days or can be a bit shorter sometimes more like 10-12 if your hormones are low. But anything shorter than that may need to be fixed.
You're actually in the follicular phase and there is no set amount of time for that. 14-21 days is considered "normal" but we now know that "normal" FP varies by individual and many people have much longer ones and still get pregnant. CD17 and not ovulating yet is still in normal range and even if it goes beyond that, it's still ok.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
