Question about NUB predicting for Pros, and Techs or anyone with insight???
Ok so I got my 12w4d scan but the pic I got gave me no real insight to what my baby might be because the full nub was not captured. I promised myself I would not obsess about the nub and move on, EASIER SAID THAN DONE RIGHT? So I just have my mental image to go by at the moment. It was long and obviously forked but the angle was one of those that could go either way. My question is about the fork in the nub. I know and understand the theory of the angle of the nub but after going through a TON of confirmed boy and girl nubs I have questions about a few other things people look at. It seems boys are more nobby at the top and/or sometimes have another small line on top of the nub. Girls seem to be forked more often but boys have forks too some times. Well upon examining the "forks" more clearly, there seem to be two different types of "forks" at the top of the nub, one sits on top like a U and the other literally splits or forks. Does anyone know if one or the other of those types of forks tend to be more boy or girl?
This is the split or fork nub
This is the U fork nub
Or can anyone tell me any statistics or just enlighten me more on the other factors like forks or knobs or line above nub ect and what they usually mean. I want to know of course for my own selfish reasons, but mostly I really enjoy trying to guess the gender of these scans, but I feel like I need to know a little more about these other factors in addition to the angle??????
PLEASE HELP??????(6) (4) (2)

Oh I agree they both look girly I just wish I knew more about forks or the knob on the top of boy nubs just all those little extra things people look at including different shaped forks.

I have a feeling by going by my many hours spent obsessing over nubs that yes boys do tend to have a bulky bit on top of nub while girls can have a disconnected bit under nub but at the tip.... Please someone correct me if I'm wrong-this is just my impression/interpretation

I was told by a tech that forks had a lot to do with the angle of the probe and both boys and girls have bumps and forks! In saying that if the waves are like light in a photo it would make sense that the ones angled up would look more bulby than the flat ones would be more forky! So I guess it just depends on the machine and the tech and the angle?
Hoping for a pink rainbow!

Hello everyone. I am new here but not new to swaying. I have 3 boys who are 7, 5 and 18 months old. I did not sway with my first two as I knew nothing about swaying and I wanted them to be boys...
Praying for a baby girl after 3...
