How accurate are predictions on the nub theory if the baby was upside Down? I flipped my photo to see the nub but does this till count?

Contrary to what I've read, I haven't actually found that it makes any difference. Baby is floating in fluid no matter how they are laying so gravity doesn't seem to play a part.Love My 4
