    Please help - nub theory gender prediction

    Hi all

    The first pic I posted I got all girl guesses. I also just found this second image, this is the only pic I have with this thing sticking up, what is this it doesn't really look like a nub to me, it's quiet large all the other pics don't have this in it? Thanks for your help!!
