Good day members. I went for my 24 week check up at my foetal anomaly specialist yesterday. She confirmed 100% boy

I have low blood flow in my uterine arteries (arteries supplying the placenta). The baby weighs 520g which is a bit small for 24 weeks.
anybody experience the same? I am on low dose aspirin and clexane injections. is there anything else I could do or take to improve my blood flow? I had an unexplained stillbirth at 28 weeks last year. I don't want to lose this child as well. please help.

    Hi mohameda ,
With my second dd i had same issues ...they asked me to take aspirin but there was no injections given to me ... she was measuring small also ... i started taking protein powder with milk shakes as read up on some sites that protein does increase weight i was eating eggs and yogurt too ...it really made a difference in 1-2 weeks time ... when she was born she had gud muscles lol ...all over and even thou she was 2-3 weeks early she looked like normal babies plus docs thought she would weigh near to 5 pounds but she was 6 pounds ..
I remember once a nurse told me tht some women can only have small babies dont worry ...i said atleast i can have babies she agreed ...and said yes that is what matters ...
Wishing u a healthy and safe pregnancy , delivery and baby ....

I'm sorry to hear about your previous baby

I don't have any advice making blood thinner/flow better, you are already on 2 different blood thinners, so that should be good. I know of several women who say that milk, and I guess milk products, will make a baby nice and big, so maybe that will help your baby grow? I drank 2 big glasses of milk a day during all my pregnancies and all my babies were over 4 kgs/ 9lbs.

I wish you lots of luck!
