    I'm giving a slight girl guess too. The nub is actually the long, flat forked white area above what Pbn3 had circled.

    No worries!! It's easy to do!! At my scan with DS3, the tech showed me how to look for the tube that the sex organs develop from. That made it easier for me to see the nub. It's all about the baby's position though. Sometimes it's hard to see!!
