Does anyone know why fiber helps sway pink?

It helps to prevent absorption of excess fat and fat soluble vitamins, A, D, K, etc.

Ah, thank you! I'm only taking it once a day after evening meal which is my biggest. Often skipping breakfast and lunch is light. You think this is ok or should I take it more?

That is your call. It is probably fine if you're not having a fatty meal at lunch.

Ttc, I take fiber twice a day. Like XX said it's probably fine if you're not having fat at lunch. I have 3 meals a day and have fat at lunch and dinner so I take fiber before those. In the evening I don't eat much fat so I don't take fiber then. And it's recommended to take it twice a day the fiber I'm taking.

I had +opk yesterday so we had our attempt last night! I'm excited and nervous.

Weird question but my hubby got a huge hematoma blood clot after his vas reversal and has been putting hot packs on it. Will that kill all the sperm for months. Am i out this month?
