How far in advance to I have to change diet to sway pink?

Hey. I wanted to try to sway for pink during my next cycle. Is 3 weeks too short of a time for my body to adapt to the diet? Please give me any advice. Thank you

The advice I would give is to be on the diet at least 12 weeks before your attempt. Atomic has said that is what is getting the best results.

We got best results with 12 or more weeks on diet for pink swayers. Poor results with 2-4 weeks on diet, even those who hit it very hard on diet during that time. 6-8 weeks was in between the two.
