When do I need to change my exercise for June girl sway?
Hi all! I'm starting a pink sway diet this week in order to TTC somewhere around June 3-12 (irregular cycles). I've been weight training 3x a week the last 2-3 months and know I will have to change that. I plan to switch to cardio 60 min a day 6-7 a week as recommended, but I'm not sure if I need to do that now - 10-11 weeks out- or if I can wawait til later in April. Any advice?

We really do not have the data to be able to say. There is just not enough info for us to be able to pin things down this exactly. IF you can stand it, I'd do it sooner rather than later.

Good luck and lots of pink dust to you! The cardio is so hard for me to maintain for a full hour. The weights were definitely making me stronger but I don't have much endurance. If nothing else, I should lose plenty of weight lol.

Sending pink dust your way as well! I will be interested to hear what kind of cardio you are doing and how it is working out!

Just be sure that you guys start off eating upper levels of LE Diet when you start exercising. You can always reduce cals again later. We don't want to see a massive weight loss right out of the gate.

Thank you atomic! I may go up a little now then so as to avoid a large loss at first. So we want a slower loss over time? Is this even if we have a large amount to lose?

Ittybitty I have been alternating between a brisk walk pushing a stroller and doing Zumba/dance workouts on YouTube. I'm maintaining around 45, pushing for 60 then 70 though.

I picked up a cardio dance DVD too. We will see how it goes! It will be fun to keep in touch through this journey.
Thanks so much atomic! I always appreciate your advice. I will be sure to adjust my calories accordingly.
