With the antidepressants, we believe they sway pink but do not know why. I know the old school sites have a song and dance about pH but I find pH very hard to believe in any more. I suspect it may be that it mitigates the control-freakishness element or it may be that it affects your hormones/fertility a bit, both or neither. We just don't know the whys of most of these things.
Re: anti-depressants. Many of them negatively impact sex drive, especially in ability to O, so I imagine the reason might be buried in there somewhere? Maybe a hormonal factor?

I do know that Prozac has been shown to increase prolactin levels in some people, which definitely kills your sex drive. It's so difficult to orgasm on Prozac as well, which sucks.

Clomid or Femara
For DH: Jogging/biking and smoking. Maybe OLE and soy milk.
Those are the things I really believe in for swaying. The nice thing is that if you do only those things it doesn't cut odds of conception by much.
I always recommend Clomid if you can get it. Risk of multiples is real, about 8-10% twins conceived on Clomid. Don't take more than 50 mg. Higher order multiples can happen rarely but haven't to any of us and taking only 50 mg is key.
The one attempt (and if you can't do that, e4d) is a real thing. Don't know how or why it works, only that it really does seem to. If you can swing it, great. If not, the other things without the one attempt are good too.
Wow your an amazing gender GURU. I would love to know what to sway for Blue. My DH believes he can only have Pink since his family is large in the Pink side and my family don't really help either saying it's the DH family genes. We do want to concieve BLUe. Im 28 and DH is 27. I have a DSD 6 and a DD 3 and I have DS from my first DH. I been a big follower and gender calendars don't convince me much. The plan is to concieve next year.we still use birth control to make sure it's the right time

Gender doesn't run genetically in families, that's just not the way it works. If some families tend to have more of some gender than another, it's luck and lifestyle. Lifestyle we can change.
I think I already mentioned this but I do think you should come off the BCP sooner rather than later!!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
