Atomic sagebush help! Swaying pink xx
Hi
So I suffer with pcos my cycles are 7-10 weeks long. Because of this and trying for three years for our third we are going for clomid. I'm on metformin already and take recommend mag, calcium, folic acid. DH is on licorie root cranberry 10000mg equivalent mag and calcium.
Iv upped my calcium I take but after coming on here read about it not going well with pcos.
Iv got Sudafed too.
Iv also read about rephresh, what are your thoughts on ph testing Ions- salt rock lamp, hematite bracelet beeswax candle lavender oil.
Last question when I go for fertility help how do I plan timing for BD will the clinic tell me when to BD when my follicles are ready?
I have about 6 weeks or so is this enough time?
Thank you xx

Hi and welcome!!
After getting 2 boys while taking the cal-mag supps and giving them up to get my girl, it's pretty tough for me to believe in cal-mag any more. If you believe in them, totally up to you but be sure you're doing only the supps, without the Vit. D, and NOT doing tons and tons of dairy as lots of dairy may sway blue.
Clomid and met are both great pink sway tactics. I'd have you on our alternate PCOS diet in this thread. https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...rt-3-pcos.html
No Sudafed for you, it's not safe for you to take. You can give it to DH but I would NOT since he is already on LR and cran. The combo of those two plus Sudafed may really be harmful to him, possibly even fatal.
I don't recommend RepHresh while on Clomid, if you must use it, try with it only the first month and then drop.
We have seen so many pH opposites going everywhichway (boys that "should" be girls, girls that "should" be boys, successes that should have been opposites and opposites that should be successes) that I can not believe it is tellling us anything at all. After getting a boy with pH of 4.5 personally I really, truly cannot believe in it any longer - even if pH is doing something, testing it is obviously too unreliable. Plus the jellies haven't worked anyway. So I'd not bother testing.
RE "timing" it doesn't work for swaying anyway https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...le-timing.html. What has worked is one attempt (but you can only do this the first 2 months on Clomid, then you need to start adding attempts!!) So what I would do that first month, possibly two, is to have one attempt when the clinic tells you your follicles are ready and if they do a trigger shot, have that one attempt that day.

Thank you so much for your reply!
I will do all above. Where can I get fibre (what kind or name)
Also where it says everyday milk, yoghurt and coconut water is that all three every day?
Also where it says pick one 5 times a day do we have to choose one and only have the 5 times a day? In meals ect?
Do you recommend cranberry juice no added sugar? And also no added soda drinks?
Xx

I already have glucomannan which is a dietary fibre?
Can I take lemon in warm water in the morning?
Do you think 5/6 weeks is long enough on the diet? Or should I hold off fertility treatment for another cycle (mine are 7 weeks long) so would be 13 weeks from now? (Could fall over the xmas/new year holidays though?)

Any fiber you like that you can get easily is fine.
No you pick whatever you want from that category (like Weight Watchers points system) So you can have all of one thing or some of one and some of the other.
I do not recommend cranberry juice. Cranberry supplements have NOT worked for us and they had risks and side effects that were dangerous. And cranberry juice is just way more diluted cranberry, so if supplements didn't work, the juice surely won't work, plus you're adding in nutrients that may sway blue anyway.
You can have diet drinks 2-3 a day with aspartame if you like. I do not think they are effective for swaying at all but you can have them if you want.

Lemon water may sway blue and I wouldn't since it's not necessary. Most of us have coffee in the morning.
We get best results with 12 weeks or more on diet. 6 weeks is ok but anything less than 6 was disappointing.

What do you recommend when it comes to alcohol and caffeine?
Also with all my boys I conceived after the xmas weight loss began. So should I be loosing weight this time round to try pink?
Thank you x

At least 1 c coffee and 1 unit alcohol every day.
If you have weight to spare I do think weight loss can help a bit but as you know it's no guarantee.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
