Exercise during 2WW?
Hi,
I am swaying blue since long time and have gained weight.
I am doing weights or walk for 30 mins daily, Shall I continue during 2ww? Please suggest

I wouldn't change anything that you have been doing during th 2 week wait. Us girl swayers keep doing what we are doing so can't see why you wouldn't either

Yes - I believe this is because if you do get pregnant you want to keep the baby in there - if that makes sense - a sticky wee bean. Fingers crossed for you to get pregnant! Xx
