    Superfood Reds Sway? And what can a pescatarian eat?

    DH and I want to start swaying for a boy in the next few months, DD is 15 months old.

    We've been taking Superfood Reds with Greens (1 scoop daily) for a couple months. Does this way blue or pink? Should we stop or continue it?

    DH takes a blood pressure medicine and Mens One a Day.
    I take Womens One a Day, additional 800mcg folic acid, and 1 probiotic daily. I'm a pescatarian but have tried to eat some red meat here and there since that sways blue. What else are blue foods that aren't land animals?

    I am concerned that wheatgrass powders have been making a lot of girls for us, but I am not seeing wheatgrass (or algae's either) but I don't see any in there - I may have missed them though.

    That having been said I cannot say if each and every thing in that sways a particular way and I have not seen anyone use it for a sway so I would have you wean back off of that and then only use it 2-3 times a week

    Oh and it's fine to be a pescatarian but when TTC and pregnant please only have fish 2x a week because fish does have a potential risk for mercury which may be harmful to your unborn baby.

    You can also have dairy and eggs if you eat them and vegetarian/vegan foods.
