hello, ladies!!!!phoned to the manager at last!!!I spoke with Elena..her English was fluent so don't worry abt language.She explained me the terms of the Guarantee program in details I figured out all not understandable moments. The conversation satisfied me.I was pleasantly impressed and agree that the first impression is really very important...the manager sent me info concerning the program on my e-mail, its terms and I am going to study it with my hubby once more...We need some time to come to the final decision.
