Yeah, echoing this with an ancedote, I had a very olive oil rich diet before DD -- my fat totals were often pretty high even during says where I really underate. But I had virtually zero sources of animal fat.

My animal fats are from chicken 5 times per week, salmon once a week and eggs 5- 6 days a week. Not sure how that balances out :/

I can use it to cook my eggs but Dh wouldn't use it when he cooks (only once a week tho lol)

Chicken thighs, legs and wings are fattier than breasts! I try eating more of that than breasts. They also taste better ;P

LOL I'm so used to talking to pink swayers I guess I kinda forgot there are two halves to a chicken. Yes nonbreast meat chicken does have a lot of nice fat in it. Thanks Panther.
