Hi, is hot sauce ok in the LE diet? I love chili sauce but stopped eating it since I started the diet. Chili sauce contains garlic and garlic is a NO in the diet.

I think so! I made a thread about potatoes and Atomic replied saying potatoes are okay to eat and that she ate hers with hot sauce. I use an organic one that’s one 10 calories per TBS just to help with calorie maintenance. I’ve been eating plenty of potatoes with hot sauce!

It is fine. Some of the things in the diet are probably overly strict and most of us over time have given up on that kind of thing and our results have stayed good anyway.

Next year I want to buy a girl sway plan.
I want to do some preparations in advance.
Right now I dont eat breakfast and every afternoon soup with spelt crackers and hummus.
Soup is allowed at the LE dieet?

All foods are allowed on LE Diet as long as you stay in limits for the day.

Is parmasan cheese allowed on the LE diet? Or is it to salty

Yes parmesan is fine. ALL foods are allowed. No need to limit salt as restricting sodium intake would just make LE diet too hard to do anyway.

Is buckwheat OK once a week on the LE/Alternate diet (for people with possible insulin resistance)? I'd like to make some buckwheat galettes, although they also have some wheat flour in them.

Yes that's fine provided that you don't have sensitivities to wheat (which some of the people who follow the alternate diet do)

What technically is red meat? I've always thought of pork as white meat? Can you ladies tell me what meats you are doing besides chicken?
