Which supps are worth taking?
Hi all, found myself getting a little overwhelmed with all the supps that can help pink. Is there any way to narrow it down? I know fibre is a good one, do people still take magnesiusm with good results? X

We've already done the narrowing and the things that have really seemed to make a difference are these:
Fiber
NOT taking probiotics (do not take this)
NOT taking prenatal, multivitamin, or highly fortified foods. (do not take or eat these)
That's it. None of the rest of it has worked (there are a couple other things that are only for PCOSers that DO seem to work but are not right for 95% of people to take) We have everyone use folic acid or folate 1200-1600 mcg daily in addition to taht, not for swaying but because it is necessary for a healthy pregnancy.
I have NO idea why anyone ever took magnesium alone for a pink sway. Under no theory of swaying did magnesium alone ever sway. Magnesium was only ever included to make calcium work better and there is no point in taking magnesium alone. The only thing it could possibly do based on any known theory of swaying is maybe lower your blood sugar a little (but we have much better ways to do that) and give you such horrendous diarrhea that it depletes your nutrient reserves (and we have much MUCH better ways to deplete reserves than making ourselves violently ill).
If you do want to try magnesium then please just do only 150 mg maximum and do not take any more than that. You will really, really make yourself sick taking those massive doses some people do.

How bad is your PCOS??? Are you ovulating regularly? Can you get Clomid instead (it's much better than any supplements)
It’s been awhile but I keep meaning to come back and say we swayed girl in 2022 and had a little girl in early 2023! First girl born in 110+ years on my husband’s side.[emoji179]
