I doubt that is ~really~ AF (meaning, that you ovulated and then got your period) but it's some other type of bleeding, possibly from falling estrogen levels. Anything is possible though. I mention this so you don't think that this means you will now resume normal cycles because you very well may not.
So, try not to stress too much, you may not ovulate within 2 weeks' time, or you may not be able to conceive this quickly - you may have a very short LP for a month or two, for example - so let's play it by ear and see what happens.

Well, I thought like you, this couldn't possibly be AF. But I had a dominant follicle of 20 mm, then when the bleeding appeared 12 days after that I had the same follicle broken and with some blood in it, meaning I ovulated from that follicle my doctor said. And it surely looks like normal AF, one day of spotting, 2 heavy flow and now mild flow. I know it doesn't mean I'm back to my normal cycles but it won't hurt to try right? In the meantime I have more weeks of LE diet and some BDing to do

Wow crazy!! I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen that.
No, won't hurt at all to try but I just don't want you to get your hopes up that it's going to be right back to O in 14 days from now, that's all.
Good luck!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
