Anxiety
Hello!
We are planning to start trying in September. I've been following the Le diet for about 12 weeks now. For whatever reason I've been having bad anxiety the last 4-5 days. Will this affect my sway? 😒

Have you recently started any new supplements?
Where are you in your menstrual cycle?

Nothing new! Just folic acid but I've been taking that for awhile now. I'm about a week out from my last cycle.

I'm sorry, I'm not following - a week out from your last cycle?

Sorry. It ended up being a few days before ovulation. I'm now a few days after ovulation and still struggling with anxiety. I'm thinking it may be my. Body's reaction to the diet change? Not sure. I'm just wondering if I have a shot at girl trying in just a few weeks. I naturally do have the OCD perfectionism personality and although I don't think I'm doing that with my sway I'm like that in most other aspects of my life.

I also have OCD type of personality and I think the hole swaying thing brings anxiety per se... although with the help of atomic you can lower that feelings, at least that's my case. Good luck and try not to stress to much!

That's good though. The people who go full OCD with swaying get the most opposites.
you always have a chance of a girl. Even doing nothing to sway, eating right off the boy diet.
Around ovulation (both before and after) I get a lot of complaints about anxiety. It seems to be hormonal for some people. Hang in there!!

Thanks for your insight. Do you think waiting until it subsides for a long period of time is best for swaying pink? I'd hate to cancel out all the dieting I've been doing the last 14 weeks.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
