Is this enough?
I'm doing LE diet (for breastfeeding)
1800 calories give or take a few
50g protein 50g fat maximum with a few cheats here and there
Coffee and alcohol
Skipping breakfast
No snacking
But I am still eating meat once a week but it's still within limits
Not limiting any foods but always within limits (wells few cheat days)
Not doing exercise
Not doing anything with ions or moons etc
Doing e4d
Is this enough?
Do I even have a chance of a girl?
I will say that my diet/eating habits are completely different to how they used to be
Just panicking as I'm reading other people's sways and they seem so much better!

Looks great to me! I'd call this a fabulous sway! Remember, some people include things that aren't necessary. Other than exercise, you're doing all the things that have been getting great results!
It seems like a sway that can be easily stuck to ! Remember cheats are necessary! I always planned them around events, vacations, family get togethers, in addition to the 3 days of AF.
🤞🏻for you!!

Sounds good to me. Please don't compare your sway to someone else's. What worked for them may not work for you. Who knows, they may have gotten a girl purely by chance. Great sways can fail, half-hearted ones can work and vice versa. What matters is that you've made pink friendly changes to up your chances of a girl.

Thanks for replying ladies!
Really hoping I'm doing enough! And that the breastfeeding helps!
Had a miscarriage in may before I started swaying and of course I have convinced myself it was a girl that I lost because, well because I lost it and I just don't feel like I will ever be lucky enough to hold my baby girl!
Will just keep going and hope luck is on my side this time!!! X

My sway is similar to yours, no exercise only LE diet. Although I been cheating more than I would like

You always have a chance at a girl.
Many people waste time and energy pursuing things that don't work so please do not compare your sways to theirs.
Exercise is great, but many of us (myself included) got girls without it.
I am sure you can understand, I can't ever tell anyone "yes this is enough" simply because I do not ever know and there's a huge element of luck involved anyway. I think you are doing a fine sway and I would feel very good about that.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I successfully had my girl nearly 3 years ago thanks to an awesome plan from atomic. I have just started on Ozempic to try and lose some weight due to PCOS and it’s working well. Does anyone...
