Meat
I've mostly cut out meat from my diet
But once a week we go to my in laws house for a big family meal
Always a roast, chicken, beef or pork
And sometimes a cottage pie or lasagne
Now it's so so hard for me to not eat the meat, sometimes I just claim I am full and my partner quickly takes some meat off my plate
But things like cottage pie it's hard to do that
So will eating meat once a week ruin a sway?
On the day we have that meal I don't eat much else the rest of the day so I am within limits

As long as you are within limits, it is ok to eat once in a while.

Not a big deal, it's fine once a week to have a cheat (and you don't even need to starve yourself that day, in fact please don't!) This is all taken into account with LE Diet - how many times have I said, "cheating is not only allowed, it's mandatory!" It's for things like this where you're having all this stress over something that doesn't even matter!

I've never been vegetarian and have two DDs. I've definitely eaten low meat diets before and in particularly prior to conceiving DD1.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
