Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Began eating 3 meals a day regularly. Never ate breakfast before. Made sure each meal was well balanced. Cut out a lot of caffeine and began drinking a lot more water.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I didn't really put on any weight during my sway but I have steadily put on 10lbs in the last year. It is very difficult for me to put on weight. I weighed 105 a year ago and now weigh 115

I tried to exercise but never felt like i had the time

Got a +opk 3pm on Aug 2nd. Dtd that night, first thing the next morning (Aug 3), that afternonn, and again that night.

For 3 of the 4 attempts I layed down and didn't get up for at least one hour if not longer.

I'm by my computer and cell a lot if that is relevant

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I never used to eat breakfast or hardly ever ate lunch with my previous two girls and just pigged out with dinner. This time I ate 3 steady meals a day and that was a drastic and hopfully good change for my body.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I didn't really keep track of calories and occasionally did miss snacks
