My Lazy but deeply thought out Pink Sway!

TTC Girl Sway Attempt (#2) - successful girl sway in 2011

    Gender Result: Unknown
    DW Age: 35
    DH Age:36
    Current Children's Gender(s): Boy, 4 & Girl, 2
    Number of Months TTC: 2
Did you purchase and follow a GD Personalized Plan? No

    DIET

Did you follow a diet plan?: Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow?: LE(Low Everything)
Comments regarding DW's diet changes: Ate almost the GI (Glycemic Index) diet consistently for 6 weeks (LE). Drank tons of milk, skim and normal, chicken and vegetables, 0-1 slices of bread per day, apples, pears, nuts and lots and lots of eggs. Ate small meals and lots of small snacks. Ate reduced calories this way while stabilising blood sugar.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?: I was on the LE very strictly from Jan-May and lost 20lbs (then conceived and m/c @ 10 weeks) in this time, I completely went off the diet as I was pregnant. Then went back on the diet 6 weeks before I conceived now. So off the diet for 4.5 months inbetween....
Did you skip breakfast regularly?: Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?:No
Comments regarding DH's diet:He ate what I cooked at home, so lots of chicken, eggs and vegetables and he was trying to loose weight (which I encouraged!)
Did you consume alcohol? Hardly at all
Did you try to limit caffeine? Yes, drank mostly decaf coffee (3 cups a day) but still drank alot of coke zero
Any Diet Details?: I did MY version of LE and tried to keep blood sugar levels down with 3 meals and 3 snacks a day (small and nutritious) like the GI (Glycemic index) recommends.

    WEIGHT AND EXERCISE

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? Started off at 147lbs in Jan, went to 132lbs in May and then up to 137 during 2 failed pregnancies, went from 137 to 133 in the 6 weeks before O and BFP

    Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Started running 5-8km every 2 days (slowly with lots of walking).

THINGS in VG and CONCEPTION DATE(CD) INFO

pH Before Starting a Sway Program, if known: Not known
    Any VG potions used?: NO
    CM pH at attempt: NO
    DH pH:NO
How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle? 1

BD Dates according to Ovulation: Oéd on CD 7, BD was PM on CD8!! (No CM at all and no signs at all that I was Oíng)

    I usually O on CD23!

My due date calculates that this is the only possible BD even though I BDéd 3 times a week later around my calculated and supported by +opk O date. Very confusing by had 2 dating scans to confirm- .....

    THE DEED INFO

DH Info about Swimmers: DTD on CD8 (no other release of swimmies!)
    BD Position: Missionary
Did you Jump and Dump?: No, but didnt lie around either
Any relevant attempt details? No. Didnt think I was Oíng or even close so I just had sex for the sake of fun, so was not thinking of conceiving and just felt like it. Probably really relevant for me being such a control freak!

    SUPPLEMENTS USED

DW Supplements:Calcium citrate, raspberry ketone 1400mg per day, cranberry pills most days, folic acid
    DH Supplements:No
Any additional supplement info: Was taking Vitamin D for months and stopped 4 weeks before as I didnt know it swayed blue.
Did you do anything with Ions? No
Moon Phase during conception? Wanning Gibbious (just googled this-dont know what it means for the sway?)
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?: No
Newborn girls clothes, pink baby blanket, wooden spoon with lilac ribbon under the bed:No
Things that make me feel great about my sway:So glad I got to include exercise in my sway as I stopped exercising from May- Sept while I was pregnant and it was hard to get back into it. I also did the LE in the 6 weeks before happy about supplements too because I secretly believe raspberry ketones sway pink but thats totally based on nothing but my own gut feeling
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Not enough time on diet?

Things worth mentioning: Just so happy to be pregnant after 2 miscarriages back to back. 1st at 10 weeks on July 21st and 2nd on 15 Sept at 4+ weeks. I dont know if recent m/c sway either way?

What do you experts think? Would love to hear your feedback or guess?

I am not so confident ...My last sway for pink (which resulted in a DD!), I did the lime juice, PH, Sudafed, lime tampon, hubby took supplements, hot showers and joined me on the IG girl diet and this time, I focused on LE diet and exercise after reading alot here. But because I didnt do a whole lot during the actual "attempt" it makes it feel less "orchestrated"and like I am less in control of the outcome.... LOL...

    Congrats!

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after removìng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
