    How to capture data from HT cycles?

    Hi NBP,

    Is there a way of starting a template on the HT forum that captures the following info:

    Pretesting Results:
    AFC =
    AMH =
    FSH =
    e2 =

    No of Eggs retrieved =

    No of eggs fertilised (fertilisation report) =

    Transfer = yes or No?

    No of embryos transferred =

    SET or FET =

    etc etc

    I am happy to start a spreadsheet but I can not see a way to attach?

    I am really worried that a lot of ladies have had 'no transfers' lately and I am trying to match this up to their pretesting results and the protocal they were put on to see if there is any correlation but the info is not in one place..what do you think?

    There is a thread in the HT section with a link to the HT surveys!

    It's better to look back on life and say: "I can't believe I did that" than to look back and say "I wish I did that".
