Nice to meet you!
Hi everyone!
I'm fairly new here, and wanted to say hi! I've been lurking around for a few weeks, taking in all of the wonderful information, and getting a feel for what this whole "swaying" business is all about! To be honest, there is a lot to learn and figure out; so, I took the plunge, and have purchased a personalized sway, so I am SO looking forward to what that holds for me!
DH and I are planning to try for Baby #2 sometime later this year or early next year. I'm not in a huge rush, but our DS is now 16 months, and we don't want there to be a huge gap between our two kiddos. That means our time for TTC is coming soon!
We conceived DS relatively easily (first try), and didn't try any swaying techniques. We basically wanted a baby, had sex a bunch of times (I knew approximately when I was ovulating) and it worked!
Deep down I've always hoped for a girl. We were Team Green with DS, and I had a feeling throughout my whole pregnancy that he would be a boy, so I wasn't shocked when the doctor announced it! I just knew in my heart that I'd want to try again for a girl! We love DS to bits, and wouldn't trade him for anything.
This time, I think I'd like to try what I can to bend the odds in my favour...but I know that if we get another boy we will love him just the same, and our DS will be an amazing big brother!! That's the beauty of all of this, you can't really go wrong no matter what the outcome!
Looking forward to getting to know all of you! I'd welcome any tips or starting points, and will be sure to check in once I start my sway!
