New member - dream of baby girl
Hi all, I'm new to this site but have been a huge fan for more than 2 years. I have two beautiful boys who I love dearly and would love a little girl to complete our family. I feel my husband and I strongly sway boys. I've had previous miscarriages one we know was a boy. I plan to purchase a personalised plan in the near future as we would like to attempt September-October this year.
My husband and I both go to the gym regularly and hubby lifts weights. My question is when should we stop going to the gym? I know our sway is 6 months away but want to make sure we do everything possible. Is there anything we could be doing now to prepare for our sway. Any advice welcome! Also I have always been very lean and feel I have high testosterone. Want do to everything to lower both my husbands and my testosterone. Another thing is we seem to get pregnant at the drop of a hat. Lol

Hi and welcome!
We are getting good results with exercise so I'd not have you stop exercise but switch instead to straight cardio for you, 60 min. a day, 6-7 days a week. Hubby can do cycling or jogging, they have been shown in studies to sway pink.
6 months out, I'd go vegetarian but keep up with nutrient intake and calories, don't lose any weight just yet.

Thank you Atomic Sagebrush. 60mins a day cardio for me might be difficult with two little ones. If I cant manage the 60mins a day am I best stopping exercise altogether? Also does walking count as cardio?
Should hubby go vegetarian too and how much cardio for hubby? Sorry for all the questions.

The 60min. seems to be more important than the 6 days, even if you could do 4 that has seemed effective. I always want people to continue exercise if you can because the results ahve been so outstanding. Yes, walking does count!
If he'll go vegetarian, it does seem to help. WE aren't really sure aobut how much cardio - too much might really be detrimental to sperm. Have him do what he wants to do and then if we go a few months with BFN, we can reduce downwards.
